Our accommodation options are located across two sites - the Wintec City Campus and the Student Village on Collingwood Street, which is only a few minutes walk from the City Campus.

Wintec Apartments

• Wintec Apartments are conveniently located on the Wintec City Campus in the middle of Hamilton City. No car is needed, so choose us to avoid travel hassels and parking costs.

Contracted periods for 2026

                                    Full Year - 26 January to 29 November 2026                   
                                    Semester One - 26 January to 28 June 2026
                                    Semester Two - 29 June to 29 November 2026

Wintec Student Village

• This faciltiy is a short 2 minute walk from the city campus and it is a Fully Catered option.

Contracted periods for 2026

                                        Full Year - 2 February to 22 November 2026
                                        Semester One - 2 February to 28 June 2026
                                        Semester Two - 29 June to 22 November 2026
